You only need this form if you prefer not to use our Returns Portal. The Portal is faster: it records the date of your request, shows the applicable return fee and provides your return label and destination.

If you use this form, copy it into an email and send it to help@reinaolga.com before your 14-day withdrawal period expires. Please then follow the return instructions you will receive — do not send goods to our registered office.
