We ship all our orders with DHL and FedEx
Shipments are arranged by Reina Olga Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:30.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the next Monday morning.
Once the order has been fulfilled by our logistics, you will receive an email with your tracking info. Once the Buyer signs for to confirm receipt of the parcel, all risks and responsibility for the Goods passes to the Buyer.
All orders are sent from Italy, so any order going to Europe are free from customs fees.
If shipping to a non EU country, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. Please be aware that Reina Olga does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country. Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Reina Olga, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
We understand, sometimes it happens that one product is simply not working for you and you want to get the money back. All items bought from www.reinaolga.com can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Returns processed after 14 days of purchase are not subject to refunds, we are happy to offer you a store credit note. Return handling and return shipping costs (including custom duties) are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are only able to process a refund if the swimwear is returned to us in the same condition as we sent out. Items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags. Once our quality control team has checked the items and approved the return we will be able to process your refund.
Please note that returned orders can take up to 21 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method as the below steps need to be followed: 1) Shipping time to arrive back to our warehouse 2) Processing and inspection for refund approval 3) Authorisation to finance department to issue refund 4) It can take up to 21 business days for the funds to credit back to your payment method once our finance department process the refund.
We know we get super excited whenever we try on our new Reina Olga, however, if you got a bit too excited (and left dribble marks on the suit to prove it) but plan on returning it for any reason: please DON’T. We won't send back nor refund dirty items. We just set them on fire.

Please email email@example.com including your order number and pictures of the swimsuit attached. Please note “Faulty Garments" excludes swims which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear.
A pre-order occurs when a product is out of stock. All pre orders are made to order, and therefore cannot be cancelled.
Due to high volume of orders we are not able to cancel an order after it has been placed.
