Return Policy

We understand, sometimes it happens that a product just doesn't work for you and you want to get your money back.

All items purchased on can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns processed later will not be subject to refund.

The costs of handling the return and shipping of the return (including customs duties) are the responsibility of the customer.


We are only able to process a refund if the swimwear is returned to us in the same condition in which we shipped it. Items must be:

  • unwashed
  • never worn
  • and with original labels still attached.

Once our quality control team has checked the items and approved the return, we will be able to process your refund.

Please note that returned orders can take up to 21 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method as you need to follow the steps below:

1) Shipping time to return to our warehouse

2) Processing and Inspection for Refund Approval

3) Authorization to the finance department to issue reimbursement

4) It can take up to 7 business days for the funds to be credited back to your payment method once our finance department has processed the refund.

In case of promotions with discounted products, the user loses the right to withdraw with a refund to the original payment method. However, they can still request an exchange or a refund via store credit.

We know we're super excited every time we try out our new Reina Olga, however, if you've gotten a little too excited (and left dribbling marks on your suit to prove it) but plan to return it for whatever reason: please DON'T DO IT.

We will not return or refund soiled items.
