What is our Returns and Exchanges policy?

All items purchased on www.reinaolga.com can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Returns processed after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Return handling and shipping costs (including customs duties) are the responsibility of the customer.

For customers outside the EU, if delivery is refused or if the shipment cannot be delivered for reasons not attributable to us, the shipping costs for delivery and return of the goods, as well as customs duties, will be deducted from the refund. GLS/DHL offers a second delivery attempt in case of recipient absence. Afterwards, the order will be kept at the nearest warehouse. Storage fees may be charged if delivery cannot be completed due to issues related to the customer. For orders placed outside the European Union, it is not possible to return or exchange the items, according to art. 59 of d. lgs. 206 06.09.2005 and ss. mm. e ii. (cd. "Codice del Consumo").

Once our quality control team has inspected and approved the return, we will be able to process your refund.

How should the item be for it to be returned or exchanged?

All items purchased on www.reinaolga.com can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Returns processed after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

We can process a refund or exchange only if the swimwear is returned to us in the same condition in which it was shipped. Items must be:

  • Unwashed
  • Never worn
  • Not dirty
  • With original tags still attached
Can I Returns or Exchanges sales Items or Items purchased with a Discount Code?

Returns or exchanges cannot be requested for items purchased with a discount of 20% or more. To avoid the need for a return, customers are encouraged to contact our customer care team, who can assist in selecting the perfect product.

How soon will I get my store credit or refund?

Please note that returned orders can take up to 21 business days for funds to be credited back to the original payment method due to the following steps:

  1. Shipping time to return to our warehouse
  2. Processing and inspection for refund approval
  3. Authorization by the finance office to issue a refund
  4. It may take up to 7 business days for the funds to be credited back to your payment method once our finance department has processed the refund.

Items that are believed to be faulty should be returned through our standard return process for evaluation by our quality control team

How much does a return shipping cost for customers in Italy?
Returns for customers in Italy:

We charge a flat fee of €20 for returns (deducted from the refund). We will provide the return shipping label for you. The item must be received and inspected, and only after confirming that the item is eligible, will the refund be issued, minus €20.

Returns for customers in Italy:

We charge a flat fee of €15 for exchanges. We will send you a link to pay the €15 (plus or minus the difference for the item being exchanged). We will provide the return shipping label for you. The item must be received and inspected, and only after confirming that the item is eligible can the exchange process proceed.

How much does a Returns and Exchanges shipping cost for customers outside Italy but within the EU?
Returns for customers in EU:

We charge a flat fee of €25 for returns (deducted from the refund). We will provide the return shipping label for you. The item must be received and inspected, and only after confirming that the item is eligible will the refund be issued, minus €25.

Exchanges for customers in EU:

We charge a flat fee of €20 for exchanges. We will send you a link to pay the €20 (plus or minus the difference for the item being exchanged). We will provide the return shipping label for you.
