Consumer dispute resolution

Reina Olga SA is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Consumers residing in the European Union may, where the conditions are met, refer a dispute to an ADR entity recognised in their country of residence and, for cross-border disputes, may seek assistance from the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net). The European online dispute resolution platform (ODR) has been discontinued and is no longer available. See also Section 15 of our Terms & Conditions.
