Shipping times

Processing: 1–2 working days before your order ships.

Transit time from dispatch:

  • Europe: 1–3 working days (shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands)
  • USA: 3–6 working days (shipped from our warehouse in the USA)
  • Rest of world, including the UK & Switzerland: 3–10 working days (shipped from the Netherlands; customs can occasionally add a few extra days)

Duties & customs

  • Europe and USA: duties and taxes are already included in the price you pay. Nothing extra on delivery.
  • Rest of world, including the UK & Switzerland: duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included. They're charged by the courier or customs authority when your order arrives.
  • We're not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs processing or by the courier.

Shipping protection (optional add-on)

  • What it covers: loss or damage from the moment your order leaves our warehouse until it reaches you.
  • If you add it: we send a replacement at our own cost immediately — you don't wait on the courier's investigation.
  • If you don't add it: once the courier collects your order, responsibility passes to them. We'll help you open a claim, but the outcome and timing (usually 14–30 days) are theirs to determine.

Returns

Window: 14 days from delivery. Condition: items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of odor, stains, or makeup, with all original tags attached and the hygiene seal intact where applicable.

Not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased with a discount of 15% or more.

How to start a return: log into our returns portal — no need to email us first.

Exchanges: we don't currently offer direct exchanges. Return your item through the portal and place a new order.

Return shipping cost

  • Europe (excluding the UK & Switzerland): €15 flat fee, deducted from your refund.
  • USA: $19 flat fee, deducted from your refund.
  • Rest of world, including the UK & Switzerland: €65 flat fee, deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, each item is checked individually before approval, so please allow up to 14 days (occasionally up to 21) from the day we receive it.

  • Europe: choose a cash refund to your original payment method, or store credit worth 15% more than the item's value.
  • Rest of world, including the UK & Switzerland: refunds are issued as store credit worth 15% more than the item's value.
  • We are not responsible for  duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. If incurred during the return shipment, these fees will be deducted to your return amount. 
  • If a returned item doesn't pass our condition check, we'll contact you and send it back to you rather than issuing a refund.
