Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are available worldwide within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping costs and any applicable duties are always the responsibility of the customer. You can choose between collection with our courier or shipping with a courier of your choice.
For returns from outside the EU, please note that both shipping costs and any customs duties will be covered by the customer.
Please note: items purchased on sale with a discount of 15% or more are not eligible for return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached.
Once our quality control team has approved the return, we will process your refund.

All items purchased on www.reinaolga.com can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Returns processed after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
We can process a refund or exchange only if the swimwear is returned to us in the same condition in which it was shipped. Items must be:
- Unwashed
- Never worn
- Not dirty
- With original tags still attached
Returns or exchanges cannot be requested for items purchased with a discount of 15% or more. To avoid the need for a return, customers are encouraged to contact our customer care team, who can assist in selecting the perfect product.
Please note that returned orders can take up to 21 business days for funds to be credited back to the original payment method due to the following steps:
- Shipping time to return to our warehouse
- Processing and inspection for refund approval
- Authorization by the finance office to issue a refund
- It may take up to 7 business days for the funds to be credited back to your payment method once our finance department has processed the refund.
We're sure you'll be delighted with your items, but if you encounter any quality issues or defects, we will address them promptly. Please reach out to our Customer Care team for assistance. Items that are believed to be faulty should be returned through our standard return process for evaluation by our quality control team

Returns and Exchanges SHIPPING COST
Returns and Exchanges shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns for customers in Italy:
We charge a flat fee of €20 for returns (deducted from the refund). We will provide the return shipping label for you. The item must be received and inspected, and only after confirming that the item is eligible, will the refund be issued, minus €20.
Exchanges for customers in Italy:
We charge a flat fee of €15 for exchanges. We will send you a link to pay the €15 (plus or minus the difference for the item being exchanged). We will provide the return shipping label for you. The item must be received and inspected, and only after confirming that the item is eligible can the exchange process proceed.
Returns for customers in EU:
We charge a flat fee of €25 for returns (deducted from the refund). We will provide the return shipping label for you. The item must be received and inspected, and only after confirming that the item is eligible will the refund be issued, minus €25.
Exchanges for customers in EU:
We charge a flat fee of €20 for exchanges. We will send you a link to pay the €20 (plus or minus the difference for the item being exchanged). We will provide the return shipping label for you.
The shipping cost for returns and exchanges outside the EU depends on the geographical area.
