Reina Olga SA is not responsible for any customs clearance fees or import duties for shipments outside the European Union.
Any such charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
All orders are processed and shipped by Reina Olga SA from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 1:30 PM (CET).
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday.
All shipments are handled worldwide by DHL.
Please ensure that you provide a correct email address and phone number at checkout. While the courier may not always contact you by phone, a correct email address is essential to receive tracking updates and delivery notifications.
Important:
Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to change the shipping address or modify the order.
Deliveries are carried out from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM (local time).
Reina Olga SA is not liable for any delays caused by:
international customs procedures,
courier delays,
or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Please also note that during promotional periods, shipping times may be slightly longer than usual.
All orders require 1–2 working days for processing and are then dispatched from our warehouse in Lainate, Italy.
